Complete your National Science Olympiad registration, then submit your Indiana Science Olympiad registration to officially join the upcoming competition season.

Registration Steps

Follow the steps below to register your school and team through Scilympiad.

Step 1: Register Your School

Click Register Your School on the Scilympiad registration page.

Step 2: Create Your Account

If this is your first time using Scilympiad, select Create a New Account (located near the top of the page).

Returning Coaches: After creating your account, simply select Login on future visits and use your existing account credentials.

Step 3: Complete Your Account Setup

Follow the prompts to create your Scilympiad account.

Step 4: Log In

Once your account has been created, log in using your new username and password.

Step 5: Register Your School

Select School Registration and complete your school’s registration information.

Step 6: Add Your Team(s)

After your school has been registered, select Add/Edit Team and enter the number of Division B and/or Division C teams you will be registering.

Step 7: View Registration Fees

Select View/Pay Registration Fees to review your registration costs.

Step 8: Print Your Invoice

Print an invoice for your school’s records or business office, if needed.

Step 9: Submit Payment

Choose one of the following payment methods:

  • Pay online using PayPal, or
  • Pay by check using the instructions below.

Step 10: Mail Your Payment (If Paying by Check)

If paying by check, mail your registration fee to the address listed in the Fees & Payment section of this page.

🌱 First-Year Team

$100

For schools registering with Indiana Science Olympiad for the first time.

🌿 Second-Year Team

$200

For schools in their second year of participation.

🌳 Continuing Team

$300

For schools in their third year and beyond.

Need an Invoice?

If your school requires an invoice before submitting payment:

  1. Log in to your https://scilympiad.com/in/Reg account.
  2. Click Pay Registration Fees (or View/Pay Registration Fees after your teams have been added).
  3. Select Pay by Check.
  4. Click Print Invoice to download or print your invoice for your school’s business office.
